Moving Lights
Car headlights were originally fueled by oil or gas, which made them a fire risk. The first electric car headlights didn’t work very well, because their filaments tended to burn out quickly. Technology improved in the early 20th century and, in 1912, the American car company Cadillac came up with a method of powering headlights using the car’s ignition system.
