Fallingwater
Fallingwater is a house designed by the architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1935. It is built partly over a waterfall on Bear Run in the Mill Run section of Stewart Township. Wright incorporated the natural into interior detail as much as possible. Floors throughout Fallingwater are large slabs of glazed stone. Ceiling light with a geometric pattern. Wall cladding stone. Clearly visible are the wood accents and shelving of North Carolina walnut that are found throughout the house.
